  • Tattoo designs are released on the first of every month at noon.

    Begin by selecting from the available designs, then add to cart to place a deposit. Since designs are claimed quickly, I recommend checking my Instagram or my newsletter in advance to aid your decision-making. I'll reach out via email to provide a booking link to my calendar. Depending on the month's demand, this could take three days or a few weeks. My schedule is generally booked 2 to 3 months in advance. Booking through Calendly confirms your appointment and provides a reminder 24hours before your appointment time.

  • My hourly rate is $160, and the clock starts when the stencil is applied.

    Every tattoo is unique and because of this, it’s a challenge to give an exact quote. However, most of my designs take a minimum of two hours to complete and can vary depending on size and the details.

  • The deposit of $75 is non-refundable and is necessary to hold the tattoo design and book an appointment. That amount will be taken off the overall cost of the tattoo on the last session (if multiple appointments are required).

    • Deposit is put down but client fails to set up first appointment within 30 days of receiving booking link.

    • Cancels initial appointment and fails to reschedule within 3 months. 

    • Reschedules/cancels with less than 24 hours notice(not including emergencies and illness).

    If the client cancels appointment and does not reschedule within 3 months, the tattoo design is considered abandoned and will be offered to the next available person interested. Bryanna still holds full rights to designs. Client does not have any permission to use drawing other than receiving a tattoo by Bryanna Marie only.

  • I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and you might need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If this happens, please text me using the phone number you received in your booking confirmation email. If you can't find the booking link or the email, feel free to contact me at bryanna.tattoos@gmail.com, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. However, please note that due to high demand, email responses might be delayed.

    For rescheduling, please try to contact me as soon as you can. If your email is timestamped before your appointment, you will not be marked as a no-show, and your deposit will remain intact.

    If you are sick before your appointment, we'll prioritize rescheduling at the earliest convenience.

  • All appointments include one free reschedule for emergencies.

    A non-refundable $75 rebooking fee will be added to all additional reschedule requests.

  • A ‘no call no show’ will result in an automatic loss of deposit, a new $75 deposit, plus a $100 rebooking fee will be needed to reschedule. I hold the right to cancel all future appointments regardless of unfinished work needed as well as losing rights to the design you have on hold.

  • If you’ve sent me an email or text and haven’t heard back, I encourage you to send a follow-up message. I occasionally receive an overwhelming number of messages, and unfortunately, some can end up in a different folder or even in spam. At times, it may take me more than 30 days to respond, but please don’t hesitate to send a second message if you think yours might have been missed. I never want you to feel unheard.

  • Once you purchase one of my pre-drawn designs, I will send you an email with a booking link attached so you can choose a day and time that’s most convenient for you. After you book, you will receive an email confirming your time.

    Please note, once I send out this booking link, I have no way of confirming if you’ve received it. I allow most clients 30+ days to book that first timeslot.

    If you haven’t received your email with the booking link, first check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please feel free to reach out, and I’ll be happy to send you another link. I won’t be upset with a follow-up; as I mentioned, I have no way of knowing if the first message was received until the appointment is booked or I send out follow-ups a month later.
